Please note this pack is a budget pack for a reason and has much lower price due to the cell selection it uses Quailty cells but at a much cheaper price this a medium performance pack if you'd like a higher end performance pack capable of higher discharge currents and longer ride durations and cell cycle life please purchase the alternative 20S2P that uses Moli P28A cells.

Please double check your board is shut off and not left on and not stored away with a empty battery this can likely over discharge the battery Pulling it below the safe recovery point which is not covered under warranty.
